7 DAY BANTING DIET PLAN

DAY 01 - Monday

Breakfast

  • Bacon and eggs
  • Fried Tomato
  • Fruit pieces

Snack

  • Tuna Canned

Lunch

  • Cold meat pieces
  • Greek Salad

Dinner

  • Chicken stir fry cooked in coconut oil

DAY 02 - Tuesday

Breakfast

  • Pork Sausage (make sure its not stuffed with breading)
  • 2 Fried Eggs
  • 1 Rasher of bacon

Lunch

  • Chicken breast
  • Mixed Vegetables

Snack

  • 2 boiled eggs

Dinner

  • 300g Steak
  • Pan fried vegetables in coconut oil

DAY 03 - Wednesday

Breakfast

  • Omelette with cheese, tomato and bacon.

Snack

  • Zucchini oven chips

Lunch

  • Steak cuts in Greek Salad with olive oil

Dinner

  • Banting Burger
  • Sweet Potato Fries

 

DAY 04 - Thursday

Breakfast

  • Smoothie made with fruit pieces and coconut milk

 

Lunch

  • Shrimp Salad drizzled with Olive Oil

Dinner

  • Lamb Potjie or Lamb roast

Snack

  • Biltong

DAY 05 - Friday

Breakfast

  • Bacon
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 egg
  • Banana

Snack

  • Mozzarella sticks

 

Lunch

  • Banting Burger
  • Sweet Potato fries

Dinner

  • Creamy Chicken Casserole with Spinach and Bacon

 

DAY 06 - Saturday

Breakfast

  • Omelette with cheese, tomato and bacon.

Lunch

  • Banting Beef Soup

Snack

  • Sweet potato chips

Dinner

  • Pan Fries or Grilled Fish
  • Pumpkin
  • Spinach

DAY 07 - Sunday

Breakfast

  • Pork Sausage (make sure its not stuffed with breading)
  • 1 Fried Eggs
  • Hash-brown
  • 1 Rasher of bacon

Snack

  • Raw Nuts

Lunch

  •  Avo, mushroom and Bacon Salad

Dinner

  • Roast leg of lamb/ roast Chicken
  • Veggies
  • Spinach

Drinks While Being on The Banting Diet

Alcohol; We advise you to keep alcohol limited when being on the Banting Diet. If you insist on drinking stay away from sugary drinks. Red wine is probably the best option while being on this Banting meal plan.

Tea and Coffee; These are allowed however stay away from low fat milk. Rather use full fat milk or cream in your tea and coffee.
